President-elect Donald Trump announced a handful of candidates for top government jobs late Tuesday, tapping Jamieson Greer to serve as his incoming administration’s U.S. trade representative and Jay Bhattacharya to lead the National Institutes of Health. Trump also said he has chosen Kevin Hassett to be the director of the White House National Economic Council, Jim O’Neill as deputy secretary of health and human services and John Phelan to be secretary of the Navy.
