The storm will continue losing steam and will move back out to sea on Wednesday, and we'll continue settling down on Thursday, according to KOMO News meteorologist Shannon O'Donnell. However, the next storm on deck steers in our direction late in the week.
Like semi-trucks following ruts on the highway, lows often take a similar path as the storm that came before them. As such another windy low sets up along our coast Friday night. It will not be as deep as the bomb cyclone, and it won't end up in the exact same location. However, it will mean wind-weary Washingtonians won't get much of a break before the howling begins again.
