In capitalized and bold-faced letters, a majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has declared, again, that undated or incorrectly dated mail-in ballots from the just-completed 2024 general election are not to be counted.

“This order shall be deemed authoritative and controlling in all such matters and as to all county election board members,” the justices wrote Monday.
