When Vice President Kamala Harris touched down at Harrisburg International Airport Oct. 30 for a closing week rally in Pennsylvania’s state capital city, she was greeted on the tarmac by Dauphin County Commission Chairman George Hartwick and Harrisburg Mayor Wanda Williams.
But the region’s, and Pennsylvania’s, top resident Democrat, Gov. Josh Shapiro, was nowhere to be found.
