Trump’s election victory throws Ukraine policy wide open
President Joe Biden will argue in favor of continued US aid to Ukraine during the transition to President-elect Donald Trump ’s administration, according to Jake Sullivan , the national security adviser at the White House.
“President Biden will have the opportunity over the next 70 days to make case to the Congress and to the incoming administration that the United States should not walk away from Ukraine,” Sullivan said on CBS’s Face the Nation on Sunday.
