With less than two weeks to go until Election Day on Nov. 5, a new batch of polls show the presidential race remains tight in many of the states likely to matter most.

The major party nominees, Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump, are making their final arguments to voters in a series of events across the country. They're focusing on key swing states that flipped parties from 2016 to 2020, including Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. The candidates' campaigns are also keeping an eye on Nevada and North Carolina, which are considered battlegrounds this year.

Because the U.S. presidential race is determined by the Electoral College, not the popular vote, razor-thin margins in these states could decide the outcome of this year's election. As Nov. 5 draws closer, here is a look at the latest presidential polling in five key states:

Pennsylvania

Trump is leading Harris by one percentage point in a new poll by Franklin & Marshall College released on Thursday. The poll of 794 registered Pennsylvania voters showed Trump leading 50% to Harris' 49%, which is within the poll's +/- 4.3 percentage point sample error.

Trump is also leading Harris by one percentage point in a new poll by Emerson College released on Thursday. The poll of 860 likely voters in Pennsylvania found Trump leading 49% to Harris' 48% in the Keystone state. The poll showed Trump in the lead within the margin of error of +/- 3.3 percentage points.

Wisconsin

Trump is leading Harris by one percentage point in a separate poll by Emerson College also released on Thursday. The poll of 800 likely voters in Wisconsin showed Trump leading 49% to Harris' 48%, which is within its +/- 3.4 percentage point margin of error.

North Carolina

Trump is leading Harris by two percentage points in a third poll by Emerson College released Thursday. The poll of 950 likely voters in North Carolina found Trump leading 50% to Harris' 48%, which is also within its +/- 3.1 percentage point margin of error.

Another poll tells the same story. Trump is leading Harris by two percentage points in a poll by Marist College released Thursday. The survey of 1,226 likely voters in North Carolina showed Trump leading 50% to Harris' 48%. The poll showed Trump with a lead within the margin of error of +/- 3.6 percentage points.

Arizona

Trump is leading Harris by one percentage point in a separate poll by Marist College released Thursday. The survey of 1,193 likely voters in Arizona found Trump leading 50% to Harris' 49%, which is within its margin of error of +/- 3.7 percentage points.

Georgia

Trump and Harris are neck-and-neck in a third poll by Marist College released Thursday. The poll of 1,193 likely voters in Georgia found the two candidates are tied 49% to 49%. The results are within the poll's margin of error of +/- 3.9 percentage points.
