Former President Donald Trump headlined a rally at Gas South Arena in Duluth. The event, hosted by Turning Point PAC and Turning Point Action, is part of the "Georgia for Trump" rally series. The event, aimed at uniting Georgians ahead of the upcoming election cycle, featured several prominent speakers.
Supporters began lining up outside the arena as early as 1 p.m., hours before Trump took the stage around 8 p.m. Despite the wait, hundreds eagerly stood in line for the chance to see the former president.
The rally included a lineup of high-profile figures such as Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, political commentator Tucker Carlson, country singer Jason Aldean, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, Dr. Ben Carson, and former collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines. Other scheduled speakers included Georgia Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rev. Jentezen Franklin, Xi Van Fleet, and Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon.
Trump, who had also held a "Believers and Ballots" town hall event earlier in Zebulon, focused his Duluth speech on energizing his supporters ahead of the election. He criticized the Biden administration’s handling of immigration and economic issues, taking direct aim at Vice President Kamala Harris.
Trump's campaign denied recent allegations made by his former Chief of Staff John Kelly and retired General Mark Milley, who described the former president as a "fascist." A campaign spokesperson labeled these characterizations as false.
With less than two weeks until Election Day, the Trump campaign is making an aggressive push in battleground states like Georgia, which could play a crucial role in his reelection bid. Vice President Kamala Harris, meanwhile, held a town hall in Pennsylvania as both sides intensify efforts to rally voters.
