TWO RIVERS (WLUK) -- After more than a month since , charges have been filed in the death of

Manitowoc County District Attorney Jacalyn LaBre says charges have been filed against Vue's mother, and her boyfriend, Jesse Vang.

Three-year-old Vue was reported missing on Feb. 20 by Vang.

Prosecutors say Baur sent her son to live with Vang -- her boyfriend -- at his Two Rivers apartment for "disciplinary reasons."

Baur and Vang, have both been jailed since soon after Vue went missing related to the condition of the home and treatment of the boy.

Vang is now charged with physical abuse of a child, repeated acts causing death, hiding a corpse and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Baur is now charged with chronic neglect of a child (consequence is death), neglecting a child and resisting or obstructing an officer.
