Pennsylvania is key to the plans of both the Republican and Democratic tickets to win the electoral college. Vice President Kamala Harris has no campaign events advertised Wednesday. She joined Biden virtually from New York, where she conducted several media interviews Tuesday, for a briefing on Hurricane Milton.
