Former president Donald Trump plans to hold a town hall event in Flint, Mich., on Tuesday, marking his return to the campaign trail following a potential assassination attempt Sunday at his golf club in West Palm Beach, Fla. Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to appear in Philadelphia, where she will be interviewed by three members of the National Association of Black Journalists.
