Tropical Depression Twelve — Eastern and Central Tropical AtlanticThe NHC said Invest 90-L has been upgraded to Tropical Depression Twelve. Tropical Storm JoyceTropical Storm Joyce has maximum sustained winds of 45 mph and a minimum central pressure of 1005. Joyce is likely to weaken during the next couple of days and will be downgraded to a tropical depression on Monday, according to the NHC.
