Former President Trump is threatening a legendary U.S. company with staggering tariffs if it moves its business to Mexico.
Trump brought up John Deere after he noticed the company’s tractors sitting behind him during a rally in Pennsylvania on Monday. John Deere announced in June that it would be moving its skid steer and track loader manufacturing from Iowa to Mexico by the end of 2026 due to low demand.
