Former president Donald Trump plans to head to Indiana, Pa., for a rally on Monday night. Both Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are heavily targeting Pennsylvania, a battleground state where recent polls have shown a tight race, as they envision paths to victory in the electoral college. Harris, who has no campaign events scheduled Monday, plans to return to the Keystone State on Wednesday before heading west later in the week.
